"He Who Began A Good Work in You"

Last night I had the privilege of attending my friend's Quince Anos...or 15th birthday party. (In the Spanish culture the 15th birthday is very big for a girl.) I have know this beautiful young lady for her entire life, and let me just tell you...not only is she beautiful on the outside, but she is also beautiful on the inside! That is such a blessing! The theme of the party was this verse:

He who has begun a good work in you

will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

~ Philippians 1:6

A family friend sang the song "He Who Began a Good Work in You", and this also was, for me, a huge blessing and encouragement. So often I forget this promise of God's goodness and faithfulness. Thank God for His own timely reminders. I wanted to share the song with you as well. So, here is the video. My Answer to Tuesday's Question...

Once again, thank you for your answers to my question! Here is my answer:

My real name is Shaneese (which has no meaning), and my nickname is Neesie (which also has no apparent meaning). My middle name is Elisabeth which does, thank God, have a meaning! I was beginning to be very sad. :-) It means: "Consecrated to God". I think that it has a wonderful meaning...don't you?

Busy Here!

I'm so sorry that I haven't put another "Tuesday Question" up in two weeks! I am really quite busy with school right now and am trying to finish up this semester so I can make my schools deadline on time....which for those of you who don't know about A Beka's credit program I will explain it to you...some other day! It may take a long time. So, I won't be getting to any post this week, but I will hopefully be leaving some comments.
